What is happening?
- Alma teaches the poor.
- Faith is a hope of things that are not seen, but are true.
- Faith is like a seed; if planted it will grow.
How does this apply to my life?
- My faith is continuing to grow every day. I need to continue to nourish it to get the most out of it.
Vs. 26 "Now, as I said concerning faith--that it was not a perfect knowledge--even so it is with my words. Ye cannot know of their surety at first, unto perfection, any more than faith is a perfect knowledge."
This gives me much comfort. I feel like sometimes I do not have enough faith because I do question some things. But as I read this scripture I realize I am not supposed to have a perfect knowledge of these things. It is my actions that show my faith.
