What is happening?
- This is an account of Aaron's teaching to the Lamanites.
- Aaron testifies of the gospel and of Jesus Christ.
- They are cast into prison.
How does this apply to my life?
- Sometimes we have to go through trials that the Lord wants us to go through in order to have greater things come to pass.
Vs. 23 "And Ammon did preach unto the people of king Lamoni; and it came to pass that he did teach them all things concerning things pertaining to righteousness. And he did exhort them daily, with all diligence; and they gave heed unto his word, and they were zealous for keeping the commandments of God."
Here are the greater things that come from the trials. For everything there is a purpose in God's plan.
