What is happening?
- The Gadianton robbers are angry at Nephi's words. They try to get the people to revile against him.
- Nephi testifies that the Chief Judge was murdered.
- He says that the judge was murdered by his brother.
Vs. 12 "And now behold, if God gave unto this man such power, then why should ye dispute among yourselves, and say that he hath given unto me no power whereby I may know concerning the judgments that shall come upon you except ye repent?"
We do have a prophet today. He speaks the words of God. He does know the past and the future. He gives us refelation to live by.
